Jim and Sheila Hallead joined the Schecher Group in 2009 as SG Franchise Owners and they became the first husband and wife Franchise team. Jim found himself being forced out of retirement by the economic crisis currently experienced by so many senior citizens. After building the third largest agent RE/MAX office in the North West Division (from scratch) Sheila and Jim decided it was time to retire and in 2005 they sold their business and moved to sunny South Florida to start enjoying their golden years together.

Unfortunately, as with so many retirees, their savings & retirement investments became impacted by the economic crisis experienced by so many Americans who believed they were in their "Golden Years" of life. As like many, the golden years began to tarnish and Jim is back working as a valued member of the Schecher Group Owners Club.

As a timeshare owner, Jim and Sheila understood and enjoyed the concept of resort vacations for many years and they considered going into the timeshare industry as the newest timeshare sales team. However, in a short time they quickly discovered that timeshare sales was nothing like real estate sales. Realizing that timeshare sales was nothing like the professional career they enjoyed as RE/MAX Franchise Holders, both Jim and Sheila started to look for something better and this is when they discovered the opportunity available to them at the Schecher Group.

Combining their many years of experience as real estate as real estate professionals with their newly gained knowledge of the timeshare sales industry, the Halleads decided to join the Schecher Group as a husband and wife Franchise Owner. For a brief time during his stint as a timeshare salesman, Jim also became acquainted with and sold luxury vacations. With their knowledge of real estate, timeshare and luxury vacations the Halleads were a natural fit to become members of the Schecher Group Franchise Team.

Today, the story is much better for the Halleads and you will find them enjoying semi-retirement rebuilding their lost fortune as members of the Schecher Group.
